Faeiii29 March 2024Cab didn't turn up, which was handy as my mum had sprained her ankle. I was waiting out side the pick up location absolutely useless, never again so frustrating! In response to this companies reply: they are chatting rubbish I didn't book with another company. Yes they called in which I called back in a matter of 3 minutes later so they absolutely did not wait 5-10 min. I was waiting out side the location watch out for a cab, no cab came to the location, one came past and a women ran to the car so the driver probably picked up the wrong person tbh. These people are absolute liers, do not book with this company they will leave you in the cold waiting!
